Dance WV, Inc. is proud to serve as one of West Virginia’s nonprofit organizations dedicated to advancing dance education across our great state. Each October, we host the Dance WV Fall Festival — a dynamic weekend event that brings together hundreds of young dancers, passionate educators from across the country, and supportive families for an inspiring celebration of movement, growth, and opportunity.

Our annual festival offers over 90 specialized classes in ballet, modern, jazz, and functional anatomy — with six unique classes running simultaneously throughout each time slot. Dancers also select from a range of enrichment courses designed to broaden their artistic and professional horizons.

In addition to rigorous training, participants audition for prestigious scholarships to leading universities and elite summer intensives. Over the past three years alone, West Virginia dancers have been awarded more than $1,500,000 in scholarships through connections made at this festival. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we were proud to award ten Return to Dance WV Fall Festival Scholarships — and this year, we're setting our sights even higher

In 2025, we aim to award one full scholarship per level — that’s 16 scholarships — to deserving dancers who wish to return next year. But we can’t do it without your support.

We are currently seeking state/community sponsors to help us reach this goal. As a sponsor, your business or organization will receive high-visibility recognition through:

  • Your name or logo displayed on the back of our official festival shirts

  • A prominent feature on our website and social media platforms

  • Exposure to an engaged audience of 350+ dancers, families, educators, and arts supporters from across West Virginia
